1. Do you custom make jewellery
Ans : Yes, we do. Email the pix (jpg format) to us and we will email or sms the quote to you.
2. How do I order?
- 1. Choose your item, click "buy now"
- 2. Click "check Out" once you have finish your shopping
- 3. Input your email address (this is your userid)
- 4. Fill up your details, continue
- 5. Select type of delivery
- 6. Add remarks now if necessary (eg color or type etc), continue
- 7. Select type of payment, online payment eg fund transfer atm etc
Add in voucher number if any at this stage
- 8. Confirmation
3. If I do not received my items after making payment, what should I do?
Ans : Please sms us at 91804262 or 93835592 to check if you package is missing. Please note that if you choose normal mail, the responsibility is with the buyer. However, if you choose registered mail, we will help you trace the missing package with the Post Office.
4. If items are broken upon receipt, can I return it?
Ans : Items sent are carefully packed with layers of bubble wraps. However, sometimes, it does happen but not frequent. Please email or sms (91804262 or 93835592) so that we can make arrangement for the items to be sent out to you. You will need to send back the broken pieces to us and upon receipt, the replacement will be sent out.
5. Can I pay during meetup?
Ans : No meetup will be entertained. Payment must be made thr Fund transfer via ATM, Internet, cheque deposit (items will be shipped once the cheque is cleared), cash deposit at bank’s counter or PayPal before the items will be sent.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Ans : Yes, you can cancel your order, email or sms (93835592 or 91804262) to us your e-shop order number.
7. Do I get $2 as a token for introducing my friends to buy from e-shop?
Yes!
Introduction of New Friends to E-shop
- The person who introduces a friend to e-shop will be termed ‘introducer’ and the person being introduced will be termed ‘Friend’.
- Introducers will get $2 for every Friend.
- Each Friend must be unique and cannot be repeated, even by different Introducers.
- Friend’s orders must be paid before the $2 is sent out to the Introducer.
8. Do I get a birthday gift when my birthday is around the corner?
Ans : Yes, you will get a birthday gift from E-shop, please email your address and birthdate to Boonkhim@e-shop.com.sg.
9. What other modes of payment do you accept?
Ans: We accept Fund Transfer via ATM, Fund Transfer via Internet Banking, Cheque, Paypal, Western Union and Cash (Though at buyer’s own risk.)

10. How are the overseas shipping rates calculated?
 We use DHL globalmail as standard for all overseas deliveries.
For overseas delivery rates, please refer to the following table. Please note that there is an additional charge of S$2.20
for handling.
